Sean Campbell has over twelve years experience as a professional New Jersey home inspector. Sean is presently a certified member in good standing with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. He is also registered with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection as a Radon Measurement Technician (MET 11203) and certified for Termite inspections (NJ 25970B).
William Roth
After having completed an intense curriculum at Inspection 21 Institute, in Maywood, NJ, along with over 40 hours of field experience under the guidance of New Jersey licensed home inspectors, we are proud to welcome William Roth to Guardian Home Services LLC.
As a professional Firefighter, William has been in and out of many homes throughout the years. He brings an eye for safety, and has a working knowledge of building construction.
William is presently a certified member in good standing with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), their local chapter, NJ NACHI, and the New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors (NJ-ALPHI).
William is also a registered Radon Measurement Technician (MET12854) with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
Michael Andresen

Michael Andresen has been installing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems since 1985. During this time, Michael developed an interest in the home inspection industry. He began training with qualified inspectors and taking many courses to develop the necessary skills to become a successful and knowledgeable inspector.
In 1999 Michael joined Guardian Home Services LLC full time as a fully licensed inspector to bring his expertise and experience to our team of dedicated inspectors conducting commercial and residential inspections for countless satisfied customers.
Eugene Godowski

Eugene Godowski has an extensive construction background in both residential and commercial properties. His expertise ranges from building homes to commercial building renovations.
His knowledge in co1nstruction has helped Eugene in his training and education. He has taken courses at the Builder Inspector Career Institute, Radiation Data and Rutgers Cook College developing a strong foundation for becoming the knowledgeable home inspector he is today.
Since joining the Guardian Home family in 2003, Eugene has performed over 1000 residential and commercial inspections as a New Jersey State licensed inspector.
